As a Team Leader Account Receivables and Credit management (m/f/d) you will report to the International Finance Manager France, Belgium & Iberica in the Finance department based in Obernai Europe for a CDI contract.
Efficient accounts receivable management aims to optimize the recovery of payments for the services or goods provided. The primary goal is to minimize the days it takes to collect payments (day sales outstanding, “DSO”) and reduce processing costs while simultaneously nurturing positive customer relations.
By joining accounting receivable team, you will play a key role in implementing strategies and technologies that streamline the payment collection process and ensuring a steady cash flow for the business while maintaining customer satisfaction.
What you will do?
- · Secure the financial aspects of the new customer acquisition process,
- · Put in place digital and automated invoicing processes,
- · Optimize working capital on the receivables side (terms of payment) and discounts,
- · Monitor the credit limits of customers along with credit insurance and accepted internal risks,
- · Collaborate efficiently with the market areas and maintain relationships and work closely with customers,
- · Manage a team of 3 people,
- · Take part to the international AR community and work on Group international projects.
What about you?
- · You have approx. 5-10 years of international accounting experience in an industrial company complemented by solid experience in accounts receivable and credit management. Team Leader Account Receivables and Credit management
- · You have a proven track record in team management.
- · You have a full professional proficiency in English.
- · You have a good knowledge of SAP.
- · You are able to set priorities in a complex and ambiguous environment and you are customer and solution oriented.
- · You are recognized for your interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain strong and lasting relationships with customer.
