We are looking for our future Global Process Owner Logistics (m/f/d) to support our Commercial Business for Main Distribution Systems (MDS) for our location Obernai (France) or Blieskastel (Germany) on a permanent contract.

 

Your missions

As Global Process Owner Logistics (m/f/d), you are responsible on Group level for End to End design, implementation and monitoring of MDS logistics processes effectiveness and efficiency to improve customer satisfaction.

 

  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end MDS Logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs to support MDS project business strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Operations,  D&I, and Finance to ensure alignment and successful implementation of logistics strategies
  • Continuously analyze and improve existing logistics processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality
  • Lead global change management initiatives related to logistics processes, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new practices
  • Use data and analytics to monitor logistics performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive decision-making processes and implementation of corrective actions
  • Manage relationships with key logistics partners and suppliers to ensure service levels meet or exceed expectations
  • Regularly report on logistics performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
  • Provide support, guidance and trainings to regional logistics teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

 

 

Your profile

  • You have advanced education (min. Bachelor Degree) and 10 years in Supply chain management, Logistics and /or related field
  • You worked in a reactive, complex, international and transversal environment in an industrial company
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale logistics projects, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage resources effectively
  • Experience in leading change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes and tools
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful Logistics processes and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Logistics software and tools
  • Fluent in English, and German or French
  • Travelling requested in Europe
