We are currently looking for our future Global Lean Transformation Leader (m/f/d) based in Obernai, Blieskastel or Tychy for a permanent contract.
As the Global Lean Transformation Leader, you will oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of Lean Core transformations across Hager plants at a Group level. You will act as the global owner of Lean Core processes, ensuring alignment with the HPS (Hager Production System) program.
Main Missions:
- Design and enhance Lean Frameworks aligned with industry standards (e.g., WCM).
- Collaborate with local plant management to define, implement and follow up on Lean transformation plans.
- Develop problem-solving methodologies with plant leadership teams, driving sustainable improvements via Kaizen/PDCA.
- Foster knowledge sharing, networking, and continuous learning across sites and levels.
- Promote structured leadership practices (Kata coaching), digital adoption, and the creation of autonomous teams with a GEMBA mindset.

Act as a Lean Coach for the plants, guiding them through the Lean Transformation journey.
Skills and Requirements:
- Master’s degree with LSS Green Belt (Black Belt preferred) and knowledge of Agile methodology.
- 10+ years of experience in an industrial and international environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14000, and 18000 standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, adaptability, and change management skills.
- Expertise in Lean and Toyota Production Systems.
- 50% travel required; fluent in English, with proficiency in French / German / Polish.
