We are currently looking for a CSR Project Manager - Environment (m/f/d) for our site in Obernai or Blieskastel with immediate effect and on an unlimited basis. 

Your key mission in this role is to turn corporate social responsibility into reality at Hager Group by implementing the CSR policies, roadmaps and reporting with the group strategy. As a member of the CSR network you develop the CSR awareness and culture across Hager Group and act as a trusted advisor for functions on sustainability matters. 

Your mission

• You ensure alignment with environmental disclosure requirements (ESRS, GHG Protocol, SBTi ) and best practices.

• You identify potential challenges and proactively address them to ensure timely and high-quality results. 

• You create internal alignment and awareness within the functions and governance structures regarding the preparation of reports and coordinate the reporting process, reporting requirements and action plans to improve sustainability reporting and disclosures by liaising with stakeholders of all levels. 

• In close collaboration with the business units and key internal leaders, data owners, technical functions, internal audit and external assurance providers you automatize and maintain a well-controlled, standardized internal reporting processes for ESG and ensure accurate and timely reporting and disclosure of the ESG data and information. 

• To ensure ESG data reliability, accuracy and audit-proof reporting processes and internal controls you continuously work toward improving the Sustainability rating (EcoVadis, CDP) processes and related internal control environment. 

Your profile 

• You hold a Bachelor/ Master’s degree in environmental engineering or you have got a similar qualification.

• With your focus on project management and/or data analytics you are familiar with sustainability reporting related regulations and frameworks.

• You have got first professional in-house and/or consultancy experience and ideally experience in ESG management.

• As an experienced project manager you manage your projects independently and very structured.

• You are an expert in MS Office (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word).  

• You are keen to implement and steer governance processes showing your strong interpersonal skills. 

• You have excellent oral and written English skills, French and/or German language skills are a big plus.
