We are currently looking for our future Talent Manager Italy based in Bologna or Milan for a permanent contract.


As Talent Manager, you are responsible for deploying the global and local HR development initiatives that support employees at Hager Group. In this role, you will foster a culture of talent management by creating meaningful partnerships with HRBPs, managers, and employees. An HR professional who can manage multiple projects, initiatives, and stakeholders simultaneously. Your tasks will also include, managing the training plans for Italy, as well as the local training budget and building partnerships with training providers.
 

Your missions

 

•    Business Partner Talent Management: Be the talent partner to HR Operations and the business in coordinating the full cycle of talent management end-to-end.
•    Talent Management Strategy: Deploy and operate the talent management strategy aligned with organizational objectives, focusing on retaining and developing top-tier talent.
•    Career Development Initiatives: Facilitate career development programs and initiatives that empower employees to achieve their professional goals within the organization. Provide guidance on career paths, mentorship opportunities and skills development.
•    Succession Planning: deploy succession planning as a tool, strengthening the connection between HR Business Partners and the business needs. Partner with HR Operations and the business in identifying high-potential employees and implement strategies for their growth and advancement.
•    Performance Management Integration: Collaborate with HR and management to integrate talent and development initiatives with performance management processes. Ensure a cohesive approach that aligns individual performance with organizational goals.
•    Learning and Development Plan Delivery: deploy and oversee effective learning and development plans, that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees.

 

Your profile

 

•    We are looking for someone who is very operational and ready to roll their sleeves up. 
•    You have at least 5 years of experience in Talent Management or related fields in Human Resources.
•    You have a solid understanding of development frameworks and how these methodologies support talent management.
•    You enjoy working in a multicultural environment.
•    Strong communication skills in English and in Italian required.
