How long does the application process take?
You will receive an immediate confirmation that your application has been received. Normally, you will receive an initial feedback on your application within two to three weeks. It may take longer during holiday periods.

Do I need to provide a cover letter together with my CV?
A complete application with CV and cover letter is always an advantage and speeds up the application process.

What can I expect in an interview at Hager Group?
The interviews focus on mutual exchange and getting to know each other. We are particularly interested in finding out more about your motivation, your professional career and your technical and soft competencies. Of course you will be given the opportunity to ask any question you may have. 

Can I also apply by post or by email?
Please use only our online application form, linked to the job advertisement. This enables a faster application process and is compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Alternatively, our recruiting team is available for questions by email.

How long does the online application take?
We have a quick apply process, so you will need a maximum of 5 minutes to apply using our online form, provided you have prepared your application.

What should I observe when uploading my documents?
If possible, save and upload your documents as a PDF. The total size of your files should not exceed the maximum size of 5 megabytes.

How can I submit additional documents afterwards?
Please log into your applicant profile in our career portal. There you have the opportunity to update your documents at any time and to upload further documents such as certificates.

I already applied earlier for another position. Can I apply again?
You can apply again at any time to find the right opportunity. Every time we check again whether your experience, skills and competencies match the job profile.

How can I delete my profile?
If you no longer want to be considered for any further opportunity and want your profile to be deleted, please log into your applicant profile in our career portal. There you have the option of deleting your profile.
