Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of Transformation Manager in Tychy

Mission:

The Transformation Manager systematically observes the landscape of Group Support Functions to identify opportunities for improving or innovating processes aimed at enhancing process robustness, ensuring higher compliance, fostering flexibility, retaining knowledge, and optimizing finances. The Transformation Manager leverages expertise to recommend, influence, and facilitate organizational and process changes, encompassing on-site improvements, in/outsourcing, digitalization, and/or centralization across all support functions and geographical locations by employing suitable change management tools and techniques. This role reports to the Shared Service Center Director located in Poland and is part of a newly build international Transformation Team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously collaborate with function leads, managers, and individual contributors to comprehend the current flows and organization of existing support processes.
  • Understand the current state and necessary steps to transition users to new tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with other managers to nurture a culture of trust and focus on process excellence.
  • Propose, execute, or support internal or external benchmarks demonstrating areas for improvement.
  • Propose optimization ideas, offering cost/investment/benefit analysis prepared in collaboration and validated by the controlling department.
  • Manage, coordinate, or support approved transformation projects.
  • Oversee the change management process, ensuring information dissemination and alignment among all stakeholders involved.
  • Manage project budgets.
  • Manage the network and collaborate with external advisors specializing in specific subjects.

 

Candidate Expectations:

  • Master's degree.
  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project/transformation management or process excellence, preferably involving support functions such as Finance, HR, IT, Sourcing, or general Master Data Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in devising transformation strategies and supporting implementation plans.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders across various organizational levels.
  • Proven expertise in project management tools.
  • Passion for digitalization.
