As a Learning Experience Designer (M/F/D), you will report to the Group Learning & Development Director within the Group HR department based in Tychy for a pernament conctract of employment.
We are seeking a creative, structured, and highly skilled Learning Experience Designer (LxD) to strengthen our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Learning Consultants (Business Partners) to design meaningful, engaging and modern learning solutions that address business needs and elevate the learner experience. You will be the pedagogical expert behind the scenes—crafting learning journeys, shaping digital modules, and ensuring every solution is both attractive and impactful.
What you will do?
- Translate business needs into coherent, engaging learning experiences in collaboration with Learning Consultants
- Design end-to-end learning journeys (blended, digital, social learning, self-paced, and experiential) using modern pedagogical approaches
- Develop storyboards, scripts, activity sequences, and instructional blueprints for a wide range of learning solutions
- Ensure the pedagogical quality and consistency of all learning solutions across the organization
- Integrate principles of Learning Experience Design, user-centricity, and cognitive science to maximize engagement and retention
- Collaborate with the LMS expert to ensure smooth integration and optimal learner navigation within the LMS/LXP
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital learning trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Support the upskilling of Learning Consultants and internal stakeholders on instructional design and learning innovation
What about you?
Will have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Sciences, Digital Learning, Psychology, Communication, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in Learning Experience Design, instructional design, or digital learning development—ideally within a multinational environmen
- Expertise in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, design thinking) and have solid knowledge of adult learning principles and cognitive science
- Experience in design clear and engaging storyboards, scripts and learning flows for a wide range of formats
- Hands-on experience with digital authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Vyond, Teams, Miro, etc.) and understand LMS ecosystems
You will be:
- a strong communicator, able to simplify complexity and collaborate effectively with SMEs, Learning Consultants, and business stakeholders
- passionate about creating meaningful, modern, and user-centric learning experiences
- creative, detail-oriented, and able to balance innovation with structure
- comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel, with strong organization and prioritization skills
- luent in English; additional languages are an asset
