We are currently looking for a permanent position of Finance Master Data Specialist for our location Tychy.
Your mission:
The Finance department continues its Transformation Journey, which is based on three pillars: Organization, Digitalization and Harmonization. Our goal is to increase more value for the business through centralized and high-quality master data.
As a Finance Master Data Specialist (m/f/d), you will support the implementation of this transformation by contributing the development of our Finance Master Data Governance Model. The finance master data is a key information, which is used by many other departments in the Group, such as Accounting, Sourcing, Controlling, HR, D&I, etc.
Your main tasks and responsibilites:

Improve Finance data management capabilities to enhance efficiency and support cross-functional needs.

Analyse, clean, and correct Finance master data while ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Contribute to data governance policies, harmonization, and standardization across the Group.

Maintain regular data quality checks, manage master data updates, and handle requests based on criticality.

Act as IT key contact for Finance master data topics and support continuous improvement of the ticketing system.
Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting and 2–3 years of relevant international experience.

IT mindset with solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO and advanced MS Excel skills.

Understanding of international master data legal requirements and compliance.

Strategic thinking,analytical and problem‑solving skills, with structured and organized work style.

Customer-focused communicator, able to work cross-functionally.

Fluent in English and Polish (additional languages are a plus).
