Key Responsibilities

 

Training & Pre/Post Sales

  1. Responsible to prepare/update training content, arrange and planning, regularly conduct product trainings for external customers including developers, consultants, architect, contractors, institutions (CSR training)
  2. Responsible to develops & administers training programs for employees & customers.
  3. Responsible to creates training content that related to customer needs and requirements.
  4. Responsible to provide Pre & Post sales support including product at site issue via mobile support or physical visit

 

Quotation/BOM/BQ Preparation/AUTOCAD/Shop Drawing

  1. Responsible in preparation of quotation based on the single line drawing by customers/sales
  2. Responsible to compile all the quotation details. (Project Title, Consultant, Contractor) and monitor the success rate by monthly follow-up with sales team
  3. Responsible in preparation of shop drawing based on single line diagram by customers for confirmed project

 

Approvals and Certifications

  1. Responsible as Hager representative in for local authority - Enterprise Singapore, HDB, EMA, SGBC
  2. Responsible to ensure all approval require under is applied/renewed before the expiry date under EMA (CoC), CPS Scheme, HDB approval, SAFETY mark
  3. Responsible to Ensure all test report valid and reach out to PM for any expiry Test Report that need new testing
  4. Responsible in Liaising with different parties for test report renewal, arrangement including joint-visit for factory audit (if applicable) until approval issuance
  5. Responsible to Ensure that safety mark label is sufficient and monitor the label usage with ADC
  6. Responsible as Hager representative in the development of SS Standards

 

 

 

 

 

RMA (Return Material Authorization) & Quality Assurance

  1. Responsible to check faulty item, update QIM (SAP) to meet lead time 5 working days, monitor warranty email, and faulty product pick-up & return to warehouse
  2. Responsible to provide faulty analysis as per request basis
  3. Responsible to create and update the monthly report for faulty return
  4. Responsible to update, report and attend the Monthly Quality Meeting

 

Product Management

  1. Support the Regional Manager, to manage regional product offer SG & Export including offer maintenance, Offer Gap Analysis, Product Lifecycle, offer roadmaps and KPI, propose corrective actions necessary
  2. Support the Regional Manager on SRMX/DDP from JARMS until M1~M7
  3. Support the Regional Manager on NPI – New Product Intro, Product Launch & Sell-gate, Forecast (PV)
  4. Support the Regional Manager on MCF – for current, and new product

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Engineering degree or similar/equivalent preferably in electrical engineering with experience in technical support, quality, certification and product management
  • Proven experience and track record, preferably within this electrical industry. 
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills. 
  • Ability to present and communicate complex technical solutions clearly at all business levels. 
  • Ability to work in diverse cultural and multi lingual environments. 
  • Proactive mindset and able to work efficiently within virtual and distributed teams. 
  • Willingness to travel as and when required.
