 As a Marketing Team Leader you will be based in Singapore for a permanent contract.

 

Your mission

The job holder is responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives, collateral design, and coordination of tasks within the marketing team. They will manage the creation, distribution, and execution of marketing campaigns, ensure alignment across all marketing platforms, and drive the development of various promotional materials for the ASEAN organization.

 

  • Lead the design and creation of marketing materials including price lists, catalogs, brochures, event backdrops, and advertisements
  • Oversee payment, printing, and distribution processes for marketing collateral and ensure readiness to sell
  • Design and manage event-related marketing materials, such as banners, sample boards, and promotional gifts
  • Oversee social media presence and content creation for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Coordinate branding efforts, including activity posting, media assets creation, and ensuring regular exposure on social media channels
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely creation of templates and content planning
  • Oversee and manage the content for the website, ensuring updated and localized marketing texts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product information is updated regularly
  • Work closely with regional teams, product marketing, and external vendors to execute marketing strategies, ensuring that all marketing communication aligns with the overall business objectives and brand guidelines
  • Lead and develop a dynamic marketing team, ensuring task delegation and project completion within deadlines and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow, sharing updates on progress and collaborating on key initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives and provide regular reports on marketing performance and work to improve engagement and effectiveness

 

Your profile 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite)
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for design and branding
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, branding, and content creation
  • Experience working with email marketing, website content management, and other marketing technologies
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • Ability to work in diverse cultural and multi lingual environments
  • Willingness to travel as and when required
