We are currently looking for a permanent  postion of Regional Sales Manager - NC for our location Beijing.

工作职责：
1、 100% 完成当年度区域业务- 含回款（销售费用，人力成本，集团净利贡献）
2、业务短期突破：及时有效的评估与把握季度的健康度，指导销售团队制定短期有效的行动计划，确保销售额达成
3、结合战略规划，搭建因地制宜的所在区域中长期业务规划
4、团队规划及人员能力提升
5、跨部门/团队内沟通合作，共同制定品牌推广及业务开拓方案

职位要求：
1、低压电气行业10年以上项目销售工作经验
2、团队管理经验不少于5年
3、在公建领域/工业有一定的项目经验，熟悉甲方、设计院、造价公司、电厂、成套合作盘厂、供电局等客户群及生态圈
