We are currently looking for a permanent postion of Product Manager for our location Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities岗位职责:

1. 深入了解选定的工业/应用需求并定义海格的解决方案。建立和维护有效的客户关系，以了解客户需求，促进客户对完整产品/系统/服务的理解，并协调一致以提供解决方案

2. 支持从项目规范到产品发布的产品开发过程，提出新产品开发或产品改进，以便为客户需求提供合适和独特的解决方案，通过提供特定的专业知识，为定义新产品的技术特征做出贡献

3. 提升产品管理现状，负责产品价格分析、定位、销售策略、成本优化、行业分析及产品推广

4. 负责选定的产品新战略规划设计，负责3-5年中长期战略布局

5. 专注于市场和竞争活动，收集市场信息、发展趋势、客户需求，细分行业分析、竞争对手分析以形成产品销售策略，推动业务发展

6. 在指定市场中识别并推动新市场机会的开发

Position Requirements任职要求:

1. 本科或以上学历，电气工程或相关专业

2.  10年以上工作经验，具备特定领域产品的产品管理工作经验

3. 追求结果，协作，以客户为中心，行动导向，商业洞察力

4. 良好的管理技巧、良好的沟通技巧、良好的英语交流能力
