We are currently looking for a permanent  postion of District Sales Manager - Project for our location Shanghai.

工作职责：
一、 业务短期突破：
1、规划有针对性的季度业务回顾计划，并支持团队执行落实，参与、支持重点项目的突破
2、结合下属区域现状，调度月计划，确保整体达成团队指标
3、组织制定快速有效的突破短期业务机会的策略与方案，管理短期项目储备的有效性
二、中期规划：
1、结合目标市场方向，规划管理储备项目的有效性与针对性（监督KA方向项目、渠道和分销方案区域落地）
2、基于相对全面的业务信息，规划统筹区域内内主次项目业务开展策略，支持中长期客户和重点项目的公关突破
三、团队规划及人员能力提升：
1、规划及优化有效的团队人才架构
2、及时评估团队人员与岗位能力要求的差异度，制定有效的提升方案及管理方案
3、规划团队人员中有发展潜力人员的职业途径及培训计划，并达成有效内部共识及沟通
4、与下属办事处负责人，共同加强对团队人员中期能力提升计划的执行与回顾
四、跨部门团队内沟通合作：加强团队内部的沟通，做到及时有效的分享

职位要求：
1、低压行业10年以上项目工作经验
2、团队管理经验不少于4年
3、对供电局/发电厂市场业务流程有基本的认知，重点在公建领域/工业有一定的项目销售经验，熟悉设计院、造价公司、公建成套合作盘厂等客户群
