Controlling Business Partner - China market

As a Controlling Business Partner - China NOM you will report to Finance director- APAC in the Finance based in Shanghai  for a Permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities:
1.    Oversee financial aspects of full product cycle from desgin to produce to sell as well as EOL for C4C products in Hager Greater China
2.    Perform the financial reporting and provide financial support, analysis and advice for R&D, PM, Sourcing team and China management team. 
3.    Assessing the financial performance and risks of the new products in development schedule and expenditure, CAPEX investment, products cost and  products TO vs. business plan. 
4.    Guide the company towards improved profitability and long terms success. Enable the company’s local leaders to act as business owners and make sound business decisions. 
5.    Apply group new product development process for C4C products launched in greater China for both Hager OEM products as well as localization of Hager global products. 

Position Requirements:
1.  Bachelor degree above and majoring in finance 
2.  At least 10 years’ experience in R&D and product costing. Additional Product Group finance manager ( full product cycle) experiences is a plus.
3.  Good analytic skill of P&L, balance sheet, cashflow and tax; be able to use leading indicator as well as KPI for forecasting,  performance tracking and anlaysis.
4.  Strong knowledge in manufacturing, Engineering, and product life cycle. Good understanding of project business, be able to build financial model and of a business case with good business insight.
5.  Excellent English Language skill is a pre-requisite.
