Sales Engineer - Project

As a Sales Engineer - Project you will report to [N+1 Jobtitel] in the [department name] based in Shah Alam for a Permanent contract.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and responsible for the projects sales turnover, price-evolution, A/R and inventory where applicable.
- Grow project sales and tenders within key accounts (developers, consultants and contractors)
- Ensure successful acceptance of Hager solution and value proposition for tenders issued by key accounts.
- Ensure the development of professional relationships with account's personnel and present value add to secure Hager proposition
- Contribute to the sustainable growth and development of key accounts
- Track sectoral growth with focus on specific vertical such as residential and commercial opportunities and where collaborate with other Hager’s team members
- Assist in the development of the business plan, budgets & sales forecasts
- Liaise with product marketing staff to develop promotional activities & increase Hager value proposition with accounts
- Liaise and collaborate closely with Distributor Sales Staffs to ensure smooth execution of project sales, initiated by tender/project order from accounts to distributors/wholesalers
- Responsible for executing business risk management and compliance
Qualifications and Requirements Expected:
- Engineering Diploma / Degree (preferably in electrical or degree)
- Demonstrated Experience in LV / ELV (preferably LV)
Knowledge/Experience/Skills:
- experience/customer relationship management in residential/commercial construction
- Excellent customer and people management experience
- Marketing and sales skills relating to product/solution in building technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong action-oriented; results-driven
