We are looking for our future Country Sales Manager based in KSA,  responsible for the overall sales targets and business growth in Saudi Arabia, under a permanent contract and reporting to the Managing Director Hager Middle East.

 

As a Country Sales Manager you will successfully develop and implement the sales strategy for KSA, that includes profitable growth ambitions, channels’ management, prescription, for core baskets in electrical distribution and building automation.

 

 Your Profile

  • The successful candidate must have a sales experience and customer relationship in infrastructure market and has knowledge of the existing & upcoming opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing positions in KSA market.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams, having a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial role.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with others.
  • Fluent communication in English and Arabic language is a must.
  • Having a valid driving license in KSA is a must.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills are required.
  • Negotiations skills and Relationship Building skills are required.
  • Work experience in MS Office tools and CRM system is required.
  • Work experience in a multicultural and international environment would be considered a plus.

 

Your Mission

  • Representing the Company towards all types of customer, partners and suppliers.
  • Caring for the good reputation of the Company and identification with the Company`s goals.
  • Follow up and evaluate the sales plan and update on a quarterly basis.
  • Price analysis of products in KSA as compared to competition.
  • Build effective working relationships and strong brand loyalty through trust, product and application knowledge and high levels of customer service.                    
  • Follow up and update the database for all projects (accuracy of database update) through CRM.
  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Identify, create, develop and maintain a portfolio of key specifiers relative to the job purpose. Regularly update and develop this portfolio.
  • Developing the Marketing and Public relations Policy in cooperation with the Marketing team.
  • Establishing sales conditions of the company (discounts, payment deadlines, prices, margins).
  • Negotiating sales conditions and contracts of key customers – maintaining very good relations with their representatives.
  • Preparing sales plans and follow up (supervision) of implementation of the sales plan
  • Supervision over incoming due payments.
  • Training of subordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to team members in all aspects of their work.
  • Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale & motivation within the team.
  • Comply to related policies and procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures.
