As a Supply Chain Excellence Leader you will report to Plant Scheduling & Logistics Manager based in Porcia for a permanent contract.

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Excellence Leader with expertise in internal logistics flow, lean methodologies, and cross-functional coordination. You will manage and optimize logistics processes, improve supply chain efficiency, and support the team in achieving operational excellence.

 

Your mission

  • Optimize Internal Logistics: Ensure smooth and efficient internal material flows from goods receipt to production lines
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, support replenishment processes, and contribute to accurate stock control
  • Lean Improvements: Apply value stream mapping and lean tools to identify and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between logistics, production, and planning to align priorities and processes
  • Logistics Projects: Support or lead initiatives focused on logistics optimization and continuous improvement
  • Support the Team: Collaborate with colleagues across departments and Internationally across the group to contribute to a high-performing logistics team

 

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or similar
  • At least 5 years’ experience in logistics operations, internal flow management, and supply chain support
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Proven experience with lean tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, and Kanban
  • Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills
  • Fluent English language skills
