We are looking for our future Logistics & Scheduling Manager M/F on a permanent contract based in Porcia – Pordenone (Italie).

 

Your mission

 

In this pivotal position, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for overseeing production scheduling and logistics activities, ensuring optimal resource utilization, and meeting key performance targets while upholding our commitment to quality standards and environmental sustainability.

 

Your main responsabilities

  • Lead the manufacturing logistics department to optimize production scheduling and logistics operations.

  • Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Allocate resources effectively to achieve departmental goals.

  • Drive continuous improvement through benchmarking and action planning.

  • Foster team growth and performance.

  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Manage inventory and reduce lead times.

  • Collaborate on safety protocols with the health and safety department.

 

Your profile

Technical skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and scheduling management within the industrial sector

  • Proven track record of success in optimizing production schedules, managing inventory, and coordinating logistics operations to meet organizational goals.

  • Knowledge of relevant software and tools for production scheduling, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

  • Commitment to upholding quality standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements within the logistics and scheduling function.

 

As our organization operates in an international environment, fluency in English is mandatory.
