We are currently looking for our future Manufacturing Industrialisation Manager for a permanent position in our location in Porcia.

Your role as the Manufacturing Industrialization Manager is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of products into our production processes. By optimizing methods, processes, and flows, you'll harmonize technical requirements, regulatory standards, and production efficiency, all while staying aligned with our Group objectives and processes. Your aim is to maintain a consistent long-term production capacity that meets the evolving needs of our company.

Your Missions

• Contribute to product design and innovation by examining customer requirements, considering production logic, cost evaluations, and applicable regulations, in line with company and Group procedures.
• Collaborate with relevant company functions in the development of prototypes, pre-series, competition benchmarking, product modifications, or specials, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and alignment with production logic, procedures, and company objectives.
• Promote the modernization of production methods through the research of new technologies, methodologies, or materials, analysis of necessary investments, and technical support to functions responsible for their acquisition, in line with company planning and established budgets.
• Promote the improvement of production phase efficiency by defining machinery layouts, optimizing methods, and flows of existing production processes, in compliance with current regulations.
• Manage environmental activities through the adequate management of relevant environmental aspects (see Environment RACI), using company tools to identify potential risks and consequent management and improvement plans. Propose environmental improvement activities.
• Manage team activities by supporting and developing the skills and specific abilities of team members for current positions and their future responsibilities through appropriate training and development activities. Motivate the team and develop a sense of ownership of the company project. Support company decisions by involving team members in decisions concerning company/sector objectives at a level appropriate to their role. 
• Anticipate future required skills and actively seek growth opportunities for team members, including individual coaching. Provide clear and timely feedback (both positive and negative), proposing improvement suggestions. Encourage teamwork and knowledge sharing among teams. Recognize and appreciate individual and collective contributions.

Your Profile

• You hold an Engineering degree or its equivalent and have extensive experience in the field.
• You possess a deep understanding of industrialization, R&D processes, and production methodologies, complemented by proficiency in Lean principles and IT tools.
• Your knowledge of product regulations and internal procedures is comprehensive.
• Your energy, creativity, and problem-solving abilities set you apart, along with your strong project management and customer-centric approach.
• You exhibit visionary leadership, inspiring and engaging your team while driving results and fostering customer satisfaction.
• You're fluent in Italian and English (B2-C1).
• Based in Porcia, you're open to occasional travel to other Hager Group sites.
