We are currently looking for our future  Lean Production System Leader (m/f/d)  based in Porcia for a permanent contract.

Your mission:

• Responsible for the introduction and follow-up of lean management methods at our location
• Continuous analysis and evaluation of potentials and processes as well as derivation of concepts for optimization
• Planning, coordination, implementation and follow-up of lean measures (e.g. workshops & projects)
• Cooperative contact person for our plant and production managers
• Presentation and evaluation of results reports and KPIs to the management
• Training and coaching of our employees (m/f/d), e.g. to become lean champions as well as demand-oriented consulting

Your Profile:

• Completed technical vocational training / studies with relevant professional experience (>4 years)
• Sound experience with lean methods, gained in a manufacturing company (VSM, SFM, 5S, SMED, problem solving, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
• Talent for organizing, training and facilitating workshops
• Coaching experience at management level and didactic competence
• Analytical thinking, hands-on mentality, strong process understanding and willingness to optimize
• Interdisciplinary, team-oriented way of working and enjoy project and interface management
• Excellent intercultural communication skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
