To reinforce our Hi! team, we are currently looking for our future Senior Learning Consultant (m/f/d) for a permanent contract in Paris, Strasbourg (Obernai), Blieskastel or Karlsruhe.
Reporting to the Director for Global Learning, the Senior Learning Consultant is responsible for developing and executing L&D experiences and programs within Hi!.
What we build in Hi! is tailored and structured based on the Group Talent and Culture integrated approach. This includes alignment with People and Organisation reviews, key strategic projects, exposure to different leaders and business executives, exposure to external organisations.
Your main missions
- Lead design and implementation of learning experiences and programs at the group level, in close collaboration with the Learning Team and key stakeholders
- Propose new learning initiatives that answer business needs for the Group, with a strong focus on Leadership Programs
- Design and facilitate workshops and discussions to support our Culture transformation journey
- Use your network and experience to propose and select providers and creative solutions
- Support the development of strategic communication and marketing campaigns to generate internal and external awareness and utilization of the learning programs
- Co-create with the Learning Factory, to design content of the program and leverage internal learning expertise
- Monitor program governance practices to ensure budget, resource allocations, content and delivery standardization within Hi!
- Keep up-to-date state-of-the-art L&D practices by benchmarking, getting inspiration from outside the organization and understanding new trends
Your profile and skills
- You hold a Master’s degree
- You are fluent in English (native or C1/C2 as a minimum), and you speak French and/or German
- Minimum 8 years managing Talent activities in international organizations to understand the full Talent Management cycle
- Experience in Learning Program design, delivery and implementation at scale
- Experience in workshops and programs Facilitation
- Ability to think strategically, influence decision making and be able to build and maintain trustful relationships in and outside the area of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment
- Sparring partner for HR leaders and Executives, with a collaborative and growth mindset
- Genuine team spirit
