As a Paid Media Specialist m/f/d you will report to the Customer Marketing Activation Manager based in Obernai or Paris for a Fixed term contract (2 years).

 

Your Mission

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies for global and local campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage multi-channel advertising campaigns (Paid Search, Social, Display, Partnerships) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
  • Optimize performance by analyzing key metrics, conducting A/B tests, and refining targeting strategies to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, creative, marketing, and country teams) to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising technologies to implement innovative and effective strategies.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, if applicable, to ensure alignment with business goal
  • Develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience, in collaboration with our creative team

 

Job requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in paid media campaign management (preferably in a global B2B environment).
  • Strong technical expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, UTM tagging).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional and intercultural teams.
  • Fluency in English (French or German is a plus), with a proactive and results-driven approach.
