Global Sales Chief of Staff (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for our future Global Sales Chief of Staff (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel, Frankfurt, Obernai or Paris.

 

Your role

Reporting directly to the Global Sales & Marketing Senior Vice President, you will act as his right-hand. Your role will be to support him in the strategic and operational management of the department in order to achieve its objectives. You will be the facilitator and accountable for the exchanges between the different stakeholders, the central Sales & Marketing functions, the different markets and other Group functions.

 

Your main tasks:

  • Help to build the Sales & Marketing roadmap over 3 years:
    • Manage the internal project portfolio.
    • Define priorities in collaboration with the various leaders.
    • Build and implement an action plan to ensure that objectives are met.
  • Coordinate the Sales & Marketing roadmap on an annual basis:
    • Ensure that the teams are aligned with the priorities/objectives and that they have the necessary resources to achieve them.
    • Monitor the progress of projects/actions and present their progress at the appropriate meetings.
    • Identify risks and proposing mitigation measures.
  • Contribute to the management of the business by leading the various governance instances, by analysing and monitoring KPIs.
  • Support transformation and change by harmonising and improving processes with a view to improving performance through the introduction of agile tools and methods.
  • Collecte and summarise communication materials, data and analyses to guide strategic decision-making at the Global Sales & Marketing and Hager Group executive committees: Sales & Marketing Leadership, Strategic Committee, Operational Committee, Vorstand meeting, Supervisory board.

 

Your profile

  • A graduate of a business or engineering school with 5 years' higher education.
  • You have a first successful experience, ideally in consultancy or within an industrial group in a corporate project management/PMO role, in an international environment.
  • You have solid knowledge of project coordination and agile methods.
  • You are fluent in english. Fluency in French or German would be appreciated.
  • You have a resilient and adventurous temperament, you are able to work with a variety of people in a changing, complex and matrix environment.
  • You have a real ability to think independently and deal with several subjects at the same time.
  • You are diplomatic and a team player.
