As a Customer Centricity Project Manager m/f/d you will report to the Customer Centricity & Experience Senior Manager based in Obernai Europe for a Permanent contract.

 

To support this vision, we have launched a Customer Centricity Program aimed at fostering an enhanced end-to-end customer experience for our various target groups, engaging all functions and geographies across the organization.

We are seeking a Customer Centricity Project Manager to coordinate strategic initiatives and ensure seamless execution.

 

Your Mission

  • Lead strategic planning and execution by formalizing program objectives, defining key milestones, and facilitating alignment with business priorities.
  • Ensure governance and reporting by managing the project portfolio, tracking KPIs, and preparing reports for executive leadership and key committees.
  • Drive project coordination and risk management by monitoring progress, tracking deliverables and budget, and overseeing dependencies across teams.
  • Strengthen change management and program visibility by structuring internal communications, raising awareness as fostering upskilling, and organizing key events.
  • Apply agile methodologies by leading sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog management to ensure an iterative and efficient program execution.

 

Job requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project/program management in a corporate setting.
  • Strong background in customer experience initiatives and cross-functional and/or international coordination.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, governance frameworks, and stakeholder management.
