We are looking for our future Planning & Scheduling Technician based in Milano or Genova for a permanent contract.

What will you do? 

As a key member of our Supply Chain & Logistics team, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and scheduling transportation to Italy, France, and the USA, ensuring timely deliveries and efficiency.
• Analyzing and improving international transport flows, using SAP tools to enhance performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintaining optimal stock levels and service quality for key customers, using advanced planning tools.
• Implementing best practices in transport management, focusing on performance indicators and cost monitoring.
• Managing and reporting logistics complaints for export and domestic operations, ensuring customer satisfaction.

What about you?

We are looking for a dynamic person who possesses:

• A degree in Management Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics and demand planning, with a focus on international operations.
• Proficiency in SAP and strong analytical skills to evaluate transport performance and costs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English and Italian (level C).
