We are looking for our future Controlling Business Partner Sales & Marketing Italy based at our site in Milan for a permanent contract.

Reporting to the COBP Manager Sales & Marketing Zone South, you drive the financial performance of the Sales & Marketing Team Italy while being part of the local management team. Your main responsibilities include:

• Act as a trusted partner to the local Italian Management Team: interact with decision makers, highlight financial impacts, and provide a solid set of data for decision-making.

• Translate operational plans into financial logic and ensure the consistent application of our Group standards across all processes.
• Contribute to the monthly closing and reporting preparations in strong collaboration with Accounting team.

On a monthly base and considering business context, analyze performance, highlight variances, comment results with a clear status on key levers.

On this base and in collaboration with the Italian management team, run periodic forecasting activities.

Co-built and contribute to the implementation of associated action plans when needed. Ensure actions plans proper financial follow-up.

Be accountable for forecasting accuracy and execution of forecasting processes.

• Establish financial indicators reflecting the true image of the operational performance.
• Challenge KPIs and their monitoring to increase efficiency through new digital tools.
• Based on KPI analyses, propose relevant and concrete actions to improve operational performance.

 Your profile

• Higher education degree, Business School type, Master equivalent.
• 5-7 years’ experience in Controlling or Audit, preferably in an international environment.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Excel, SAP and BI tools.
• You have solid knowledge in finance, control processes, and compliance. You easily understand accounting/legal rules and readily identify their influence in the field of controlling.
• Your rigor, analytical skills, effective communication, proactivity and change management abilities will be indispensable. Customer orientation, ability to work cross-functionally, and appetite for performance will be your greatest assets for success in our Group.
