1. Marketing Collateral & Event Management

  1. Marketing Collateral Management:
  • Lead the design and creation of marketing materials including price lists, catalogs, brochures, event backdrops, and advertisements.
  • Oversee payment, printing, and distribution processes for marketing collateral.
  • Ensure readiness to sell.
  1. Event Marketing:
  • Design and manage event-related marketing materials, such as banners, sample boards, and promotional gifts.
  • Coordinate logistics and distribution for event-related items.
  • Training & event calendars.

 

2. Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Branding & Awareness

  1. Social Media & Branding:
  • Oversee social media presence and content creation for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Coordinate branding efforts, including activity posting, media assets creation, and ensuring regular exposure on social media channels.
  1. Email Marketing:
    • Manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely creation of templates and content planning.
    • Maintain and update the customer database quarterly, and oversee email distribution using Mailchimp or other tools.

 

  1. Website Marketing & Content Management:
  • Oversee and manage the content for the website, ensuring updated and localized marketing texts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product information is updated regularly.

 

3. Project Coordination & Management

  1. Project Management & Coordination:
    • Manage and coordinate projects such as BCI renewals, TEEAM subscription renewals, and customer doorgifts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams for project implementation and successful distribution.
  1. Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with regional teams, product marketing, and external vendors to execute marketing strategies.
  • Ensure that all marketing communication aligns with the overall business objectives and brand guidelines.

 

4. Team Leadership & Strategic Marketing

  1. Team Leadership:
  • Lead and develop a dynamic marketing team, ensuring task delegation and project completion within deadlines.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow, sharing updates on progress and collaborating on key initiatives.
  1. Strategic Marketing:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing performance and work to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation.
  • Market development strategy, market penetration strategy – working closely with Sales Teams across the region.

 

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite).
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for design and branding.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, branding, and content creation.
  • Experience working with email marketing, website content management, and other marketing technologies.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills. 
  • Ability to work in diverse cultural and multi lingual environments. 

Willingness to travel as and when required.
