We are currently seeking a Product Manager (m/f/d) Small Distribution Boards – Residential Sector at our site in La Roca del Vallès for a permanent contract with immediate effect.

Your Mission

• Determine and formulate customer and market requirements in an international context.
• Define product specifications and services as per Hager development processes.
• Plan and execute development projects, ensuring they align with company goals.
• Drive profitable growth and economic success of the product portfolio.
• Provide technical consulting and market support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the technical liaison between cooperation partners and suppliers.
• Lead successful product launches by closely supporting markets and contacts.
• Conduct product training for market launches and product adaptations.

Your Profile

• Technical education in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in technical or strategic product management, preferably small distribution boards for low voltage applications. 
• Knowledge about product standards according to EN IEC 61439-3 and EN (IEC) 60670-24 would be an asset. 
• Marketing and business management skills.
• Strong written and spoken English (Level: B2/C1).
• Strong assertiveness and independent action
• Entrepreneurial mindset, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.
• Creativity, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to inspire others.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
