We are currently looking for our future Key Account Manager for a permanent contract at our La Roca del Vallès location.
 

Your Missions
As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the organization's key accounts. Your objective is to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with these clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations surpassed. Your main tasks will be to:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with key clients, addressing their concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Forge strong, strategic relationships with clients to ensure the retention and expansion of business.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to retain existing business and explore new avenues for expansion.
  • Enhance the prospects of business growth through nurturing long-term relationships with clients.

 

Your Profile
We are looking for a Key Account Manager specialized in the electrical sector, capable of addressing the needs of our most demanding clients. An in-depth understanding of this market is essential for effectively catering to the specific requirements of our clientele. 


Armed with comprehensive expertise and 5-10 years of experience in the electrical sector, the ideal candidate will also possess:

  • Exceptional listening skills and empathy to fully understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and exceed expectations.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams, personalizing solutions to meet client needs effectively.
  • Strong leadership qualities, inspiring clients to make bold decisions and focusing on strategic account development.
  • Dynamic analytical skills and creativity to process information from various sources and identify cause-and-effect relationships quickly.
  • Outstanding communication skills for building strategic relationships with clients and ensuring seamless coordination among internal teams.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
