As an Industrialization Project Manager (Injection Tools and Processes), you will report to the Industrialization Director based in Germany, within the Industrialization department, for a permanent contract based in La Roca del Vallès.
What you will do?
- Manage and support industrialization projects, ensuring alignment with the CTO-Checklist and deliverables.
- Oversee the implementation of new tools and processes on-site, including tool design optimization and validation.
- Estimate investment needs and define the industrial scenario for products, ensuring compliance with industrial strategy and manufacturing validation.
- Coordinate the preparation of requirements for molds, tools, and equipment, and optimize processes for production efficiency.
- Validate production equipment, conduct functional tests, and organize necessary training for personnel.
- Manage the tool equipment in SAP

- You have experience in managing industrialization projects, particularly in plastic injection.
- You possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- You are an excellent communicator and team player, able to collaborate effectively across different departments and locations.
- You are motivated by working in the electricity sector and have a passion for industrialization.

What are the recruitment stages?
• Once your CV is selected, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone interview.
