As an Industrialization Project Manager (Injection Tools and Processes), you will report to the Industrialization Director based in Germany, within the Industrialization department, for a permanent contract based in La Roca del Vallès.

What you will do?

• Manage and support industrialization projects, ensuring alignment with the CTO-Checklist and deliverables.
• Oversee the implementation of new tools and processes on-site, including tool design optimization and validation.
• Estimate investment needs and define the industrial scenario for products, ensuring compliance with industrial strategy and manufacturing validation.
• Coordinate the preparation of requirements for molds, tools, and equipment, and optimize processes for production efficiency.
• Validate production equipment, conduct functional tests, and organize necessary training for personnel.
• Manage the tool equipment in SAP

• You have experience in managing industrialization projects, particularly in plastic injection.
• You possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• You are an excellent communicator and team player, able to collaborate effectively across different departments and locations.

What are the recruitment stages?
•    Once your CV is selected, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone interview.
•    You'll be invited for a first interview with the hiring manager and the recruiter.
•    A second interview will then be organized with the local department head and the HR manager.
