We are currently looking for a permanent postion of Financial Controller for our location in La Roca del Vallès.

Your Missions

• Translate operational plans into financial logic and ensure the application of group standards.
• Contribute to budget and forecast processes, analyze variances, co-build and contribute to the implementation of associated action plans.
• Establish financial indicators reflecting the true image of the operational performance.
• Challenge KPIs and their monitoring to increase efficiency through new digital tools.
• Based on KPI analyses, propose relevant and concrete actions to improve operational performance.
• Provide the necessary financial elements for operational decision-making by enlightening them on financial impacts and implications & providing them with relevant information.

Your Profile

• Higher education degree, Business School type, Master equivalent.
• 5-7 years experience in Controlling or Audit, preferably in an international environment.
• Fluent English & Spanish. Italian or Portuguese would be a plus.
• Excel, SAP, and BI tools.
• You have solid knowledge in finance, control processes, and compliance. You easily understand accounting/legal rules and readily identify their influence in the field of controlling.
• Your rigor, analytical skills, and change management abilities will be indispensable. Your customer orientation, ability to work cross-functionally, and appetite for performance will be your greatest assets for success in our group.
