We are looking for a Customer Service Manager for a permanent position in La Roca del Vallès. Your mission will be to provide excellent customer service and promote this culture throughout the organization. The goal is to ensure efficient and profitable operation of the department, increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and meeting their expectations.
Responsibilities
- Enhance the overall customer service experience to foster customer satisfaction and drive organic growth
- Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Define a clear service mission and implement strategies aligned with business goals
- Develop and continuously improve customer service processes, policies, and standards
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service issues, and resolutions
- Analyze performance data and generate detailed reports to inform business decisions
- Mentor and support customer service team members, fostering a positive, high-performance environmentStay current with industry trends and implement best practices for continuous improvement
- Optimize the use of resources and tools to meet service quality and performance targets
- Manage and adhere to the approved departmental budget
- Ensure a structured and efficient workflow based on business priorities
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service leadership role or a related field
- Strong background in delivering exceptional customer support
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams using effective management techniques
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Proficient with customer service tools, CRM software, databases, and SAP
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest customer service technologies and applications
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
