Responsibilities:

1> Implement Hager Group Sourcing policy and process locally, to develop a competitive supplier base for Hager Group and local customer requirement
2> Work with Group Category leader, SDM, Engineering, QA, pre-study, research and develop business solution on the related category
3> Make sure supply continuity and cost competitiveness
4> Continously improve the supplier performance with reliable quality and OTR, improve customer satisfaction

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree and major in Engineering of Mechanical or Electrical preferred; Business Management or related major with strong experience in Electric business ia also acceptable.

- 5ys + working experience on category sourcing and participate the category strategy and projects  

- Experienced sourcing contract negotiation and supplier management.

- Familiar with NPI process and strong leadership as project key contributor.

- Good communication skills.

- English can be as working language.
