Key Responsibilities岗位职责:

1. Driving or work with Group Engineering team to Manage support projects for the improvement and/or evolution of existing products:

-  (such as anticipation obsolescence or disruptions, normative adaptations, production transfers,...), while ensuring the compliance with commitments in terms of cost, quality and deadlines;

- Failure analysis linked with PTA Product ( Parts detective , Product issue … ) 

- Coordinate internal stakeholders and/or external partners in support projects.

2. Driving or with support of Group Engineering team for New Project Development :

Mech. Design :

- Design and size the component/product/function while ensuring that the target values are met Critical parameters

- Be responsible for the quality of the design, technical choices and compliance with methodologies

- Participate in FMEA processes

-  Support Mech. tasks during the full project deployment period

CTO Project Management :

- Write the necessary technical documents (specifications, study report). Supporting the construction product documentation and provide the necessary technical data to customers.

- Evaluate and plan its development activities within the framework of the project

- Ensure compliance with commitments in terms of development costs, component/function costs and

deadlines, alert the project manager in the event of drift

- Ensure the reporting of its activity, and actively communicate within the project team

Position Requirements任职要求:

1. Bachelor degree and above, and major of Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering;

2. More than 5 years of mechanical design and project management;

3. Proficient in using relevant product design software CREO

4. With certain static simulation capabilities is preferred

5. With  international perspective, good spoken English, able to participate in English project meetings.
