Industrialisation Manager
Why join the Engineering department?
As a Industrialisation Manager you will report to China Engineering Director in the Engineering team based in Huizhou for a Permanent contract.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management
1) Ensures the deployment of industrialization best practices and define the yearly development action plan according to the local industrialization roadmap.
2)Oversee the responsibility scope, planning, prioritizing and/or directing the employees on projects. Allocate resources to projects.
3)Responsible of the department structure. Adapt organization and roles of team members when necessary.
4)Sets goals and objectives to his team to achieve Industrialization goals. Responsible of the quality of the Indus deliverables.
-Project Management
Manage his team members, working with group & local engineering and VC team, leading the CTO / STO projects industrialization tasks (DFX, process design, tester design, quality control and
product cost ), delivering production process and means to the production site, respecting timeline, cost and quality targets.
-Financials
1)Budget OPEX and Resources of his department. Responsible of the budget respect.
2)Responsible of CTO/STO Capex definition and control of local projects.
-Continuous improvement
Ensures the continuous improvement of its department by using continuous improvement tools (Indus implementation plan, Competency roadmap, Indus Excellence …)
-Quality
1)Applies and enforces the quality procedures in his field of responsibility.
2)Ensure the Offer Creation Model processes (CTO, STO, …) and other Hager internal processes and guidance’s are applied.
Qualification:
-Bachelors or above degree, major in Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, Industrialization, Automation
- 8+years working experiences on Setting of manufacturing industrial lines in mass production within an international company (Eg; TV, Electromechanical devices, white goods (washing machine…)
-Familiar with process design, product cost calculation, DFX conception.
-Strong Leadership: Develops talent, builds effective teams, result driven ,customer focus.
-Good command of English both oral and writing
