We are currently looking for apostion of Catergory Sourcing Manager for our location GuangDong

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage Category sourcing, identify the business opportunity for Hager Group demand, to develop Hager global Sourcing channel, to build Hager Group material cost advantage by researching and developing Asia supplier base
2. Implement Hager Group sustainable Sourcing strategy by offer an environmental friendly solution, a local solution with total cost ownership in carbon reduction, reliable quality and competitive products cost
3. Develop the Category Sourcing strategy and supplier panel together with Category Manager by offering regional market intelligence analysis, offering the local solution with strong know-how in Asia market and category knowledge
4. Mitigate the supply risk by profitable business contract, partnership management and developing the alternative resource, working together with Category Manager in supply risk evaluation and proactively action in developing the category strategy
5. Supplier management, working together with cross functional team, continuously improve supplier reliable quality, flexible delivery… introduce the new technology and solution to Hager Group
6. Lead material cost reduction project together with R&D, QA… to make sure supplier panel and category strategy well implement, meanwhile, support new products development by offering required products with quality, cost and schedule requirements.

Qualification:

1. Above 5 years MNC working experience, bachelor’s degree.
2. Familiar with metal & plastic categories, electronic category is a plus.
3. Experienced supplier management
4. Project management 
5. Self-motived, accountable, result-oriented, open
6. English as business language
