1.管理客户订单，确保及时交付
2.满足客户需求及处理客诉
3.与仓库、货代进行运输安排，与物流团队协作解决运输问题
4.优化内部流程
5.SAP数据运营及维护
任职资格：
1.英语听说读写流利，能流利进行口语交流

2.有海外客户经验1年以上
3.乐于助人，以客户为中心，工作积极主动
