As a Global Business Development Leader - Panel Builders m/f/d you will report to our Group Project Business Sales Senior Director and be based in western Europe close to an international airport for a Permanent contract.
We are seeking a Global Business Development Leader - Panel Builders m/f/d to develop and implement a global framework for Hager’s Panel Builder Value Provider Program. This role will drive engagement with panel builders, ensuring alignment with global strategies while supporting and coaching local teams to build strong, long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Implement a global Panel Builder Value Provider Program with clear standards and tools.
- Manage Certification programs ensuring partners meet Hager’s quality and performance requirements.
- Support & Coach local teams to enhance their ability to engage and develop panel builder relationships.
- Drive Market Development by creating initiatives that strengthen partnerships and foster business growth.
- Monitor & Improve the program by analyzing key performance metrics and implementing best practices.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven expertise in business development and low-voltage panel builder partnerships, ideally in a global role.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to align global initiatives with regional needs and assess program effectiveness.
- Coaching & Communication: Strong ability to influence, support local teams, and drive cross-cultural collaboration.
- Market Adaptability: Understanding of diverse market conditions and ability to implement scalable business strategies.
