In this position you are accountable for the success & sustainability of new or existing products and system related global publication structures with focus on the publication portfolio from need/ idea to market launch through the product lifecycle to end-of-life at best quality to resource ratio.

The Publication Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) is leading, developing and managing a team that enhances and maintains publication structures and product assignment for global publication deliveries. This role involves overseeing needed adaption or enhancements related to new product launches, clarifying needed business requirements and in-time delivery of localized global publications. You play an important role in aligning the global publication structures with the value assurance team and within the company’s vision, managing resources and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, sustainable publication structures. You report directly to the Manager Publication.

Your mission

• You assess, improve & design global publication structures and on-going fitness-for-purpose for product portfolios related to aligned market requirements
• You analyse, propose & implement action plans to ensure global publication structures and local product assignments as well as the identification and recommendation of needed updates or enrichments of publication settings, content & business rules
• You coordinate, assess & improve quality and on-going fitness-for-purpose of localized product information publications
• You review & improve processes to ensure high efficiency, effectiveness of publication structures, high automized product assignments and alignment between the stakeholders

Your profile 

• You successfully completed a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or a related qualification to understand the technical requirements
• You have got a minimum of 5-10 years’ work experience in a related field or similar leadership position
• Your leadership skills enable you to lead, manage, coach & develop your team members
• Product knowledge would be a plus for the position
• You have got a high affinity for data and digitalization of product portfolio for publication
• With your English language skills you can easily communicate and collaborate with your international colleagues and German and/or French language skills would be considered as an asset
