As a Content Strategy & Activation Specialist (m/f/d) you will report to Content Strategy & Activation Manager in the Customer Marketing department based in Frankfurt or Obernai for a fixed-term contract (8 months).

 

What you will do?

  • Define the right strategy for global marketing campaigns in order to increase customer acquisition, brand engagement and generate conversion, in collaboration with key internal stakeholders including local Marketing experts
  • Elaborate strong messages and impactful stories to engage and/or win the specific customer target at different touchpoints (web, social media, etc.) in co-creation mode with our internal stakeholders and with our internal agency
  • Create an activation plan across countries (ex: automated emailing campaigns + multichannel publishing)
  • Measure marketing campaign results (KPIs) and recommend action plan to improve the performance
  • Contribute to the animation of marketing referents community across countries to promote best practices and foster usage/reusage of content

 

What about you?

  • Master's degree with a first experience in a marketing/communications role involving project management withing an international context
  • Strong experience in creating marketing strategies and briefs for 360° communication campaigns
  • Knowledge of digital communications tools (social media, websites and paid advertising such as Google Ads/Meta/LinkedIn)
  • Strong customer focus with the motivation, passion and energy to get things done for our customers while inspiring others to do the same
  • Fluency in English is essential

  • You will be invited for a first interview with the hiring manager & the recruiter
