As a Technical Market Manager M/F/D you will report to Head of Sales based in Dublin  for a Permanent contract.

What you will do?

  • ​Provide telephone and on-site technical support to customers and sales staff, ensuring professional assistance with product queries and issues.
  • Assist in the creation of consumer unit designs and maintain related technical files to support both customers and internal sales teams.
  • Ensure compliance of all products with the latest electrical standards, staying informed about regulatory updates and product innovations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve technical knowledge and skills for customers and sales teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with marketing on market research, proofread catalogues, and help align product launches with the needs of the Irish market.

 

What about you?

  • You have a solid understanding of electrical standards and regulations, with a commitment to keeping up-to-date on industry changes. Ideally you have an electrical trade qualification, engineering degree, or similar.
  • You have experience in providing technical support, offering clear and professional guidance to customers and colleagues.
  • You are skilled in creating and delivering training programs, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
  • You are an excellent communicator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as sales and marketing.
  • You have a proactive approach to learning and development, along with strong organizational skills to manage technical documentation and training materials.

What are the recruitment stages? 

  • Once your CV has been selected, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone exchange.
  • You will be invited for a first interview with the hiring manager & the recruiter 
  • A second Interview will be then organized with the N+2 & the HR manager
