As a Technical Market Manager M/F/D you will report to Head of Sales based in Dublin for a Permanent contract.
What you will do?
- Provide telephone and on-site technical support to customers and sales staff, ensuring professional assistance with product queries and issues.
- Assist in the creation of consumer unit designs and maintain related technical files to support both customers and internal sales teams.
- Ensure compliance of all products with the latest electrical standards, staying informed about regulatory updates and product innovations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to improve technical knowledge and skills for customers and sales teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with marketing on market research, proofread catalogues, and help align product launches with the needs of the Irish market.
What about you?
- You have a solid understanding of electrical standards and regulations, with a commitment to keeping up-to-date on industry changes. Ideally you have an electrical trade qualification, engineering degree, or similar.
- You have experience in providing technical support, offering clear and professional guidance to customers and colleagues.
- You are skilled in creating and delivering training programs, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
- You are an excellent communicator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as sales and marketing.
- You have a proactive approach to learning and development, along with strong organizational skills to manage technical documentation and training materials.
