Key Responsibilities:

Product Themes Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor product performance and propose relevant evolution and optimization.
  2. Manage product lifecycle and perform arbitrated requests regarding support of the existing offer.
  3. Responsible to make available all data, documentation, tools and training concept needed.
  4. Responsible for the full products technical & marketing specifications.

Market Themes Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze market evolution, trends and competitors, including product benchmarking (technical & marketing).
  2. Identify customers' pain points, define the optimized value proposition (cost/benefits), search and implement possible differentiation factors (USP) and validate concepts & products with customers.
  3. Provide product expertise and ensure the support to markets.

 

Position Requirements:

1.  Bachelor degree and above, major in Machaninal or Electrical
2.  8+ yrs working experience in product Management,project management, quality management or R&D
3.  Good communication skill with overseas, advanced language skills in English – fluent speaking

4.  Self-driven and also actively drive the improvement initiatives with cross functional

5.  Customer oriented mindset
