Why join the Sales department? 

As a 西南区销售经理 you will report to China Sales Director based in Huizhou  for a Permanent contract.

工作职责:
1、 100% 完成当年度区域业务- 含回款(销售费用,人力成本,集团净利贡献)
2、业务短期突破:及时有效的评估与把握季度的健康度,指导销售团队制定短期有效的行动计划,确保销售额达成
3、结合战略规划,搭建因地制宜的所在区域中长期业务规划
4、团队规划及人员能力提升
5、跨部门/团队内沟通合作,共同制定品牌推广及业务开拓方案

职位要求:
1、低压电气行业10年以上项目销售工作经验
2、团队管理经验不少于5年
3、在公建、工业等领域有一定的项目经验,熟悉甲方、电力总包、设计院、造价公司、公建、成套合作盘厂、供电局等客户群及生态圈
