We are currently looking for our future Supply Chain Project Manager (m/f/d) - S&OP based in Blieskastel or Obernai for a permanent contract.

As part of the Supply Chain Business Integration team and reporting to the S&OP Global Process Owner, you will contribute to the successful deployment of the S&OP process at Group level. You will support the Group's various sites in leading the process, integrating S&OP tools and managing change in line with the defined schedule. You will work closely with the Supply and Demand planning teams during the preparation of monthly S&OPs. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement and robustness of the S&OP process. 

Your mission

• Steer the continuous improvement and development of the process and its tools
• Play a key role in the change management accompanying the transformation of the S&OP process
• Leading the community of users and players in the S&OP process, providing training and documentation
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of process and tool improvement and harmonisation plans, in particular by collecting user requirements and business specifications
• Develop skills and share experience between users
• Provide support to sites in applying the S&OP process and in implementing new associated tool functionalities
• Support users in the transformation of the process and in the deployment of support tools
• Provide local operational support to the various teams involved in S&OP preparation activities
• Provide support in assessing the risks and business impact of scenarios and in preparing the Executive S&OP

Your profile

• You have got a Bachelor degree from a Business or Engineering school with a specialisation in Supply Chain
• You have significant experience in Supply Chain (Demand or Supply planning) and project management
• You are customer-focused, rigorous and demonstrate initiative and strength of conviction
• You are familiar with tools such as Excel, SAP, Power Bi and ideally IBP S&OP
• You speak fluent English, German would be a plus
• You have the willigness to travel from time to time 
• Your team spirit, your proven interpersonal skills and your enthusiasm will be your best assets for success in our Group
