We are currently looking for our future Sourcing Contract Management Lead (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel or Obernai for a permanent contract.

As a Sourcing Contract Management Lead (m/f/d) you are responsible for ensuring the effective management of contracts owned by Direct Sourcing throughout their entire contract lifecycle by working out contract standard contents and by providing contractual negotiation guidelines and expertise in the interests of Hager. You will also be responsible for organizing and drafting of legally compliant contracts.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct a review of the current state of all relevant Sourcing contracts (content, alignment with regulations...) and evaluate potential Sourcing related risks.
• Integrate supplier relationship management matters at the core of the contracting strategy - especially sourcing risk dimensions.
• In your role as Global Process Owner (GPO) develop and update global contract management policies considering all phases of contract lifecycle .
• Foster a close relationship with the legal department to establish and maintain an up-to-date repository of contractual templates.
• Define a roadmap for the evolution of processes to achieve the desired level of maturity.
• Ensure the local sourcing teams adherence to the global process established within the company or support them to adapt according to their legal and regulatory requirements.
• Define and implement KPI's to measure status and completion of contract management.

Your profile

• University degree or relevant training in technical, commercial or legal fields.
• You have developed strong skills in German or French contract law and commercial law and/or have a solid experience in industrial purchasing.
• You are familiar with the Office suite.
• You bring with you analytical skills, an ability to work in international cross-functional teams as well as strong negotiation skills to round out your profile.
• You speak fluently English, fluency in German/French is nice to have.
