For our location in Blieskastel we are currently searching for our future Segment Solution Manager (m/w/d) for an unlimited contract.

 

To strengthen and develop our market position in the residential and small-commercial segment for Electrical Infrastructure and Energy Management, we are looking for a Segment Solution Manager (m/f/d) who will join our SDM Strategic Solution Marketing team

 

Your Mission

  • Provide comprehensive insights on customer target groups' expectations (deeply understand and capture the use cases) and business environment in building segments and application fields to outline growth opportunities and target the most promising segment/application/market areas  

  • Contribute to the Hager Group strategy by exploration of new business potentials, transversal topics and by field pilot projects execution in order to derive learnings and formulate recommendation for strategic orientations

  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of cross-functional solution roadmaps for selected building segments (from offer incl. connectivity, digital building tools and services, to sales&marketing and logistics)

  • Master solution marketing as a customer centric approach and act as solution owner in strategically relevant programs, define and validate solution value propositions and macro specifications

  • For strategically relevant programs, ensure new business models, route to markets and dedicated Sales & Marketing activities are validated and committed by stakeholders

 

You Profile

  • Master degree in marketing, electrical and/or automation engineering or business administration

  • Solid knowledge in electrical infrastructure for residential and/or commercial buildings, green energy and e-mobility applications

  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in sales and/or marketing environment

  • Customer centric and comfortable in highly technical applications

  • Open strategic mindset and synthesis skills, high capability to work autonomously

  • Able to influence and deal with ambiguity

  • Strong in internal/external networking and team working

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Fluent German and English language skills
