Publication Portfolio Analyst (m/f/d)

We are looking for our future Publication Portfolio Analyst (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel for a permanent contract.

In this position you are responsible to analyse, propose and implement action plans to ensure the global publication structure & the local product assignment. You identify & recommend needed updates or enrichments of publication settings, publication content and business rules.

 

The Publication Portfolio Analyst (m/f/d) supports the Publication Portfolio Specialists in defining & developing the publication structures and settings. You translate the requirements to concrete publication team tasks or tasks for data managers or the content enrichment team. Those tasks involve overseeing consistency in settings & business rules over the complete product portfolio. In your role, you report directly to the Publication Portfolio Manager.

 

Your mission

  • You analyse BI dashboards & publication structures related to aligned target nodes of different publications
  • You ensure the actions for not assigned or not categorized products by defining, describing and planning them accordingly
  • You identify & recommend needed updates or enrichments of publication settings, publication content and business rules as well as the identification of impacts of new products on existing products
  • You have got a clear understanding of the requirements from different Publication Portfolio Specialists to ensure consistent publication settings & maintenance for a consistent user experience
  • You create or complete requirement tickets, describe the user stories and acceptance criteria to assign the tickets to the right backlog board and to take part in sprint planning and review

 

Your profile

  • You successfully completed a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or a related qualification to understand the technical requirements
  • You have got 3-5 years’ work experience in a related field or similar position
  • Your knowledge about Product Information Management enables you to understand and manage your daily tasks and challenges
  • Product knowledge and BI tool knowledge would be a plus for the position
  • You have got a high affinity for technical products, data and digitalization of the product portfolios for publication
  • With your fluent English language skills (C1) you can easily communicate and collaborate with your team and international colleagues
  • German and/or French language skills would be considered as an asset
