As Product data Maintainer M/F/X, you will report to the Product Information Team Leader within the SDM department, based in Blieskastel (Europe), under a permanent contract.

 

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Manage product references: Ensure the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of product references in ERP systems (SAP, PIM, DAM), in collaboration with the Product Information and Engineering teams, to ensure data availability for new product launches.
  • Maintenance support: Processing of tickets regarding data maintenance for product catalog publications as well as support of the product manager in data maintenance and changes (Jira ticket system)
  • Propose suitable solutions: Analyze requests from Product Information Project Managers and suggest efficient solutions that meet cost, quality, and time requirements.
  • Apply processes and checklists: Follow data management processes and complete checklists for data remediation projects and integration of new data types into ERP systems, ensuring data quality.
  • Update and monitor documentation: Maintain the document base (DAM) in Stibo and work with Product Managers and the Lifecycle Manager on new market openings and workflow management in internal tools (Windchill, Jira, Ariba).

  

What about you?

  • You hold a 2–3-year degree in management assistance, engineering assistance, marketing, administrative management, business administration, electrical engineering, or product information—or have equivalent experience in a similar environment.
  • You are proficient in Excel, Outlook, and ideally an ERP tool. You are detail-oriented, organized, and have strong analytical skills.
  • You demonstrate situational intelligence: you know how to work independently, but also when to seek help or raise issues.
  • Proficiency in English is essential (B1 level minimum).
