As a Order Management Manager (m/f/d) you will report to Market & Customer Service Senior Manager in the Supply Chain & Logistics department based in Blieskastel for a permanent contract.

 

Mission

In an international context, the Order Management Manager (m/f/d) will lead the Allocation & Quota team and support end-to end-to-end visibility, operational continuous improvement, and proactive crisis management to support business continuity and customer satisfaction through:

 

  • Leading and developing a team of 3 professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring real-time detection and communication of S&OP execution gaps
  • Leading crisis analysis and operational management
  • Ensuring seamless execution of S&OE processes, aligning supply with demand in the short to mid-term horizon
  • Driving process & tool optimization initiatives

 

Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluent in English (C1 minimum) and in a second language (French or German), third language is a plus
  • Several years of experience in Supply Chain
  • Expertise in SAP & Excel / Power BI and IBP R&S are a plus
  • Team spirit, customer-orientation, resilience, reactivity and continuous improvement mindset are expected as well as communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in transversal management and/or project management is a plus
